To All Valued Multibionta Users:

It is with regret that we inform you that we have made the very difficult decision to discontinue selling Multibionta in the Canadian market. Multibionta will only be available for purchase from your favourite retailers for a short period of time while supplies last.

The decision to discontinue this product is purely a business decision. Multibionta continues to meet all product quality and safety requirements and can be safely consumed until it reaches its expiry, as indicated on the side panel of the outer carton and on the bottle label. The reality is that size of the business could not continue to support the high costs associated with marketing Multibionta's premium product formulation in Canada.

Q&A

1. When is this happening?

   Outgoing shipments on all Multibionta SKUs will cease as of February 5th, 2013. Consumers will still be able to purchase Multibionta from retailers until on-shelf inventory is depleted or the product reaches its expiration date.

2. Can I buy Multibionta online from another market?

   As Multibionta has a unique product formulation in Canada, we cannot guarantee that the Multibionta product sold online by another market complies with Health Canada regulations, and therefore it cannot be legally sold or distributed here in Canada.

3. Should I be throwing out the Multibionta I have in my cupboard?

   Multibionta meets all safety and quality requirements. The product can be safely consumed until it reaches its expiry dating as indicated on the side panel of outer carton packaging and also on the bottle label.

4. Where can I get a coupon?

   The coupon program for Multibionta is no longer in effect.
